What we’re about

The Neurodiverse Community (NDC) is an inclusive meeting space where people of all neurodivergent identities can connect, learn, play, share, listen and offer mutual support.

The NDC is made for and by a neurodiverse community of people. There is never a requirement to speak or share so it's always okay to come just to listen in after introducing yourself. Lived experiences of autism/Asperger's, ADHD, learning disabilities, C-PTSD/PTSD, OCD, BPD, bipolar, anxiety, depression, etc. are centered in the group and people of all neurotypes, identities and diagnosis (including self-diagnosis) are welcomed and accepted. All NDC events and groups are free and there is no cost for membership, but, small donations keep our meeting space open for all, regardless of financial situation.

Together, we improve our lives and our relationships with self and others. We overcome challenges associated with navigating life in a world that isn't designed for ND needs. The goal is simple… to feel at home in neurodiversity.
