We are a network and a platform for women to capitalize on their potential and help others realize theirs, irrespective of background or age. In a world where “old boys’ clubs” were historically synonymous with connections, power, and success, we’re helping build a levelled, equitable world where these terms are completely redefined. A community that connects women together to inspire, guide and support each other in life and in work – this is the New Girls’ Club.

Most of us spend years in it but not all of us will come out victorious and celebrating. Joining us in the panel for this inspiring session are 3 accomplished women leaders who have shattered glass ceilings and made significant strides in their respective career. Our panelists will delve deep into the challenges they've faced, the strategies they've implemented for success, and the pivotal moments that shaped their journey. Whether you are a recent career entrant, a mid-level aspiring manager or already an accomplished corporate executive, we welcome you to come and share in this thought-provoking discussion.
