Stabilising your Energy Field in 5D frequencies

Dear Lightworker,

I hope you will join us at our next meet up on Saturday, the 24th of August. As we come together we are helping to heal and balance the wider human and Gaia's energy field as we transition in to this wonderful age of Light.

We cause our perceptions of reality from our state of consciousness, and moving in to and remaining in 5 dimensional reality often simply requires a willingness to shift our focus and awareness to the immense multidimensional beings of light we already are. As we do so we allow our perceptions to increasingly flow from this joyful and magical state and are able to create more wonderful miracles and synchroncities. We have been moving deeper in to our Sacred Hearts and discovering more about the magic of multidimensional no-time space over the last few months.

You may have noticed we are also being challenged by older energies and conditioning and finding it easy to fall in to less enlightened states several times a day as we navigate through and attend to our everyday world. As such we require more vigilance and new tools (as well as consistency in practicing ones we already know!) to transcend the downward pull of the part of our mind that loves to play in survival mode.

We will have fun and raise our frequencies to unconditional love. We will be sharing light meditations and a powerful multidimensional 12 chakra practice that that will help in stabilising your energetic field in the fifth and higher dimensional frequencies, while remaining fully grounded.
