ADHD... or Hard to Focus?
Relax Your Amazing, Creative Mind

This is a 2-Week Coaching Series for ADHD Minds (and/or Anyone Who Really Struggles to Focus)
6 evening sessions | Tues, Weds & Thurs | 6:30–8:00pmStarting Tuesday 6th January 2026

Hi there,

If you’ve ever tried to “get disciplined,” organise your life, or follow a productivity system — only to feel more overwhelmed, ashamed, or stuck — this series was designed with you in mind.

This series of compassionate group coaching sessions is for people with ADHD (diagnosed or self-identified), and for anyone whose mind doesn’t respond well to pressure, rigid systems, or willpower-based productivity.
This isn’t about fixing you. It’s about learning how to work with your attention, energy, and creativity — in ways that are realistic, humane, and sustainable.

## The Shape of the Trial

This is a 2-week membership trial ahead of a longer program later in the year.
Across 6 live 1.5-hour sessions, we’ll explore:

  • Why focus collapses under pressure
  • How shame and self-judgment drain energy
  • What actually helps attention settle
  • How creativity and productivity support one another
  • How to design ways of working that you can return to, even after things fall apart

Each session blends:

  • Gentle insight and reframing
  • Simple, practical tools
  • Guided reflection and application
  • Space to work with your mind, not against it

You don’t need to prepare anything. You don’t need to be consistent. You don’t need to explain yourself.

## When We Meet

Tuesday 6th – Thursday 15th January 2026Tues, Weds & Thurs | 6:30–8:00pm (UK time)

  • 5 themed coaching sessions
  • 1 final reflective integration session (Session 6)

The final session is a gentle reflective space — not a performance, not a review of “how well you did” — but a chance to make sense of what you’ve learned about your attention, your energy, and your way of working.

## What This Is (and Isn’t)

This is:

  • Supportive, ADHD-informed coaching
  • Soft structure that helps focus emerge
  • Tools you can adapt, not rules you must follow
  • A space where falling behind isn’t a failure

This is not:

  • A hustle or productivity bootcamp
  • A system you’ll be told to stick to forever
  • A space that rewards loudness or constant sharing
  • Another attempt to turn you into someone you’re not

Whilst we do recommend having cameras on where possible, you’re always welcome to do what you need to do in order to feel comfortable and regulated in the space. Speaking in front of the whole group is always optional, and it’s absolutely okay to take part quietly.

At times, we’ll invite you into short, structured sharing in pairs. This isn’t about performance or pressure — it’s because many ADHD minds focus more easily in relationship, where being witnessed by one other person helps thoughts settle, clarifies intention, and reduces the sense of doing everything alone. You’ll always be guided, and you’re never required to share more than you want to.

## Who This Is For

This series may suit you if:

  • You struggle with focus, follow-through, or overwhelm
  • You work creatively or independently (or wish you could)
  • You feel exhausted by self-pressure and “shoulds”
  • Traditional productivity advice has never really worked

You don’t need a diagnosis. You don’t need to identify as “unproductive.” You just need curiosity about a gentler way.

## The Cost

The 2-week trial is £30.

This is intentionally low-cost and low-commitment — a way to experience the work, the tone, and the approach before deciding whether it’s right for you.

The full program, launching later in 2026, will be priced differently.

## About Sean

Sean is a coach, writer, and facilitator who works with people navigating focus difficulties, creative blocks, identity pressure, and burnout. His work is grounded in the understanding that many productivity struggles are not character flaws, but the result of how the mind responds to threat, shame, and unrealistic expectations. Rather than teaching people to override themselves, Sean’s approach helps people soften the inner struggle that makes work so hard to begin with. As a creative writer, he is also a huge advocate of the notion that the ADHD mind is inherently creative... and amazing.
