Time to Focus is a compassionate, no-judgment membership designed to help you overcome procrastination, build momentum, and develop a kinder, more sustainable relationship with focus 🧠✨.
It’s for people who feel pulled in a hundred directions — whether that’s because of:
- ADHD or attention challenges 🌀
- Life overwhelm or burnout 😮💨
- Creative projects that keep getting stuck 🎨
- Work, career, or personal goals that never quite land 🧭
- A desire for structure without pressure 🌱
You don’t need to be “good at focus” to join 💛.
You just need to be willing to show up as you are 🤍.
This is a supportive, community-held space where clarity, accountability, and momentum are built week by week 🤝.

## What You’ll Do Together 🕯️
Each session follows a gentle, supportive rhythm that helps you move forward without force 🌊.
Together, we will:
- Reflect on what’s actually getting in the way 🔍
- Plan realistic next steps that fit your real life 🗂️
- Work alongside others in a shared focus container 🪑
- Check in with accountability that feels human, not heavy 💬
We use creative and reflective exercises to help you articulate solutions, notice patterns, and turn insight into meaningful action ✍️.

It’s about steady, compassionate progress — and learning how to focus with yourself, rather than against yourself 🌿.

## Choose the Membership Tier That Fits You 🔑
Time to Focus is available on a rolling monthly basis, with two tiers depending on the level of support and reflection you’d like 📆.
Both tiers include community, structure, and a consistent weekly rhythm 🎶.
### Tier 1 — £45 / month
This tier offers weekly group coaching and accountability in a supportive, focused environment 🎯.
Included:
- 4 × 2-hour Professional Group Coaching Sessions per month (Tuesday evenings) 🗓️
- A dedicated WhatsApp group for accountability, check-ins, and encouragement between sessions 📱
- 10% off all Write & a Pint events 🍺
- Optional individual coaching add-ons (available on request) ➕
This tier is ideal if you want structure, momentum, and weekly support to help you stay focused on what matters 🚀.

### Tier 2 — £60 / month
This tier includes everything in Tier 1, with the addition of deeper reflective support 🌙.
Included:
- All Tier 1 benefits, plus ➕
- 4 × “Violet Hour” Meditation & Reflective Writing Sessions per month (Thursday evenings) 🕯️
These sessions blend gentle meditation and guided reflective writing to help you slow down, reconnect with purpose, and integrate what you’re working on at a deeper level 🧘♀️✍️.
Tier 2 is ideal if you want both action and reflection — doing the work while also tending to the inner terrain that shapes your focus 🌌.
