Chef Hector Ruiz, who was trained in French cooking, crafts a distinctive menu that combines his classical training with the rich spices of Latin America. Dishes may include a South American-style ceviche, Argentinean-style steaks with chimichurri, and creative seafood dishes.

Praised for their the high-quality food, specifically highlighting the fresh and chunky guacamole, various seafood preparations like sea bass and paella, and the flavourful empanadas.

They have just recently updated their menu, introducing an even wider variety of inventive small plates, fresh seafood, grilled meats, and plant-forward creations that showcase the rich culinary heritage of Latin America with a modern twist.

Inside, the atmosphere is lively yet intimate, filled with the hum of conversation, the aroma of spices, and the inviting glow of warm lighting.
