Join us for an evening at Bûcheron, a celebrated Minneapolis neighbourhood restaurant and James Beard Foundation Best New Restaurant 2025.

Bûcheron, which translates to “lumberjack” in French, draws inspiration from the skill and craftsmanship of generations of lumberjacks who lived and worked in Minnesota. The restaurant blends that heritage with refined French-American cuisine, offering a simple yet dynamic menu in a charming and convivial atmosphere.

Due to the restaurant’s popularity and limited seating, securing a reservation was extremely difficult. I was only able to obtain one table for four people at 8:00 pm, making this an intentionally small and limited dining experience.
