Join us for dinner at Restaurant Aubergine in St. Paul, where the cooking is rooted in the culinary traditions of Lyon, France, while drawing on seasonal ingredients closer to home.

I enjoyed Aubergine so much on my first visit that I knew I wanted to come back!!

One of the things that makes a return especially interesting is that Aubergine’s offerings change regularly with the seasons, so each visit can feel different.

Their current seasonal menu is now available, with dishes ranging from Pâté en Croûte and Sabodet Croquettes to Duck Leg Confit “Salade Lyonnaise”, Walleye, Lamb Loin, Grilled Pork Chop and New York Strip.

By the time we sit down, some dishes may have changed again — which is part of the appeal of returning and experiencing Aubergine’s Lyonnaise cooking at a different point in the season.

Parking
Free, off-street parking is available adjacent to the building, on both sides.

A credit card was required to secure our reservation. Aubergine charges a $25 per person cancellation fee for reservations cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time.
