North Bay Sustainability Mixer II: Sustainable Housing (Petaluma)

Details
Join Cohousing Coach/City & Regional Planning PhD Betsy Morris from Berkeley as part of a panel looking at housing solutions and issues in the North Bay.
The unique culture of Sonoma County is a result of a diverse population of farmers, food and wine producers, small business owners, and artisans, amongst others. As housing costs continue to rise, how can we expand the options available for affordable housing so that we can maintain our diverse population and the culture that makes Sonoma County such an wonderful, community-oriented place to live? A panel of experts from across real estate, economic development and cohousing will be on hand to share their perspectives. We invite you to join us for this solutions-oriented dialogue.
The North Bay Sustainability Mixers are a gathering of businesses, organizations, and individuals to discover shared values, inventory resources, and grow the sustainability movement in our local community. Hosted by AQUS Community & World Centric and Sustainable Enterprise Conference. During the networking event we will have a few short presentations addressing the subject from different angles. These are generally short talks - 5 mins to initiate discussion and introduce community leaders in the field. Our confirmed panelists include David Glass (Mayor of Petaluma), Carolyn Pistone (Clear Blue Commercial) and Mike Johnson (COTS).
