The San Geronimo Valley Elders Council is sponsoring three important community forums and conversations on housing needs and possible solutions for people of all ages and incomes in the Valley and Nicasio. Please join us in West Marin County this Wednesday evening in person.

## Housing Possibilities for our Community

• What kinds of affordable housing options are possible in the Valley and what are the constraints?
• What does “affordable” mean?
• ADUs and JDUs, multi-family housing, walkable communities, Cohousing, Social housing and other intentional housing communities as they exist in California and elsewhere.
• Septic solutions, environmental concerns, transportation and safety.
