Lakeview Cemetery loop: it’s daffodil time

We will meet at the Garfield Memorial, park in the circle or nearby. Then we head over to Daffodil Hill following the yellow line. We will circle around the pond and then follow the blue and green line, exploring the cemetery. Or we may decide to go through little Italy and up the elephant steps. It depends on a group vote and the weather. We will be on side walks, walk 4 to 5 miles at an intermediate pace with time to enjoy the sights. We will walk rain or shine. I will cancel by 9 am if the weather is terrible. Call or text 715-308-4739 with questions or can’t find us. The daffodils may or may not have peaked yet but it’s time to see them. I have heard that the daffodils are at the end of their life span and that they may be less prolific. We shall see for ourselves. Remember to park on the road, not in the grass.

Remember: we are collection donations to pay for our access to the Meetup Site. This is a donation not a fee. If we get $20 for our regular walkers we may be able to ask for money just once a year. We pay fees in July and January, about $400. Group leaders make no money.
