Welcome to The Nerdy Nurturers: Parents the Gathering! Where nerdy parents tap lands and build community.
This is a gaming group just for parents who love Magic: The Gathering and other tabletop games—and who also understand that the battlefield sometimes includes diaper changes and snack negotiations.
We’re building a low-key, inclusive community of like-minded parents who want to connect, play, and let their kids socialize too. Our meetups will typically be on weekends during the day, designed as relaxed hangouts where you can sling spells while your littles play nearby.
What to expect:
• Casual MTG games (Commander, Draft, Standard, whatever we’re into)
• Kid-friendly spaces with room to play and roam
• Inclusive, welcoming vibes—queer and neurodivergent-friendly, anti-racist, and body-positive
• No gatekeeping, no pressure to be a “pro”—just fun times!
For the safety of our kiddos, this group is for parents only—no solo gamers, teens, or drop-ins without kids, please.
