- 1 cup (200g) granulated sugar
- 1 cup (200g) brown sugar
- 1 cup (240ml) vegetable oil (or melted butter)
- 4 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 3 cups (300g) grated carrots
- ½ cup (120ml) milk or buttermilk
