This free sample class offers an introduction to the emotional, physical, and mental shifts that occur during perimenopause while actively parenting. Many women find themselves navigating increased feelings of being emotionally overwhelmed, or emotionally breaking-even, irritable, exhausted (emotionally and physically), and identity shifts—all while still showing up for their children, families, and daily responsibilities.

In this session, participants will gain insight into what’s happening internally during this life phase and how it impacts parenting, emotional regulation, and overall well-being. The class will include guided reflection and practical grounding strategies to help participants begin reconnecting with themselves while managing the demands of motherhood and family. This experience is designed to be both validating and empowering, offering a supportive space for women to feel seen, understood, and equipped.

This is an interactive, reflection-based session. Participants are encouraged to join from a quiet space where they can engage fully. No prior experience is needed.

This session also serves as a preview of the full 4-part Regulated Mama series, where participants will deepen their understanding, build regulation tools, and explore identity shifts in a more comprehensive and supportive framework.
