Welcome to The NYC 20's, 30's and 40's Group. We are a fun group of young, professional adults from the NYC tri-state area who come together to make connections, build new friendships, etc.
Our diverse events include: happy hour drinks, themed parties, sporting/recreational events, theater shows, museums, and many other fun activities.
We aim to be a caring and compassionate group where people will be respectful of each other despite different backgrounds, interests, values, and beliefs. Come join us, and broaden your social horizon, as we seek to be the bridge to bring people together.
This group is open to all - singles, married people, new-in-towners, and people who have been in the tri-state area for a while and are simply looking for a new group to go out with in NYC. Membership is FREE, and you only have to be friendly and fun to join!
P.S. As a thank you for joining our group, be sure to check your new member welcome email for a discount code to be used towards your first Meetup event.

It's right under your feet, you probably ride it every day, but how much do you know about this city's amazing subway system.

Our private tour guide will give us the secret history and inside story of the creation of the original 1904 subway line and how it grew into the most extensive transportation system in the world.

All the art, all the history, all the technical breakthroughs, all the "whys" and all the shenanigans that went into this spectacular achievement. A unique experience for seasoned locals or new members to our fair city.

Get a look at the subway that few people, even lifelong New Yorkers, fail to recognize. This tour explores the areas of the system that are open to the public but in most cases overlooked. You'll end at Grand Central Shuttle Station.

We will enter the system at Brooklyn Bridge/Chambers Street Station. We will board a downtown local train so as to view the old City Hall Station from the train. We will be stopping at Astor Place and Grand Central station. We will switch to the Times Square- Grand Central Shuttle and then go over to Times Square. After that we will go back over to the Grand Central Shuttle Station. This is also the final stop on this tour.

NOTE: We do not go into the tunnels or any area that is not open to the public. This includes the long-closed City Hall Station, which we will view from the safety of a train.

All ages are welcome. Rain or shine event.

*$39-$45 depending upon how early you purchase. Host/meeting details will be emailed to all paid attendees.

Do you love trivia? Are you looking for that special someone or some new friends? Well come on out to this fun new event in NYC! It's a singles rotating trivia night.
You will be playing a variety of trivia games. When you arrive we will put you on a team. Teams will be mixed genders and we will rotate teams each round (so all girls meet all guys and vice versa; you will rotate with your wingmen/ wingwomen which is a great way to meet new friends as well).

You'll be working with your group to come up with answers and never put "on the spot" having to answer anything by yourself so it's low pressure and lots of fun!

    • The winning group will win 50% off their next trivia night (your scores will be added from each round). and the 2nd place team will win 25% off their next trivia night.* We give everyone "connect cards" at the beginning of the event. You can write your name and email address on the cards and hand them out throughout the night so people you meet can easily stay in touch with you if they'd like to.
