Founding Table is the first of a series of intimate dinners for people who care deeply about food — not just eating it, but thinking about it.
Technique, ingredients, fermentation, texture, memory, process, pairing, regional traditions, failures, experiments — the things we can’t stop testing, questioning, or talking about.
This is not a workshop.
There’s no class, no demo, no performance.
Just a table for cooks, curious eaters, and anyone who understands why a broth, a pickle, a dough, or a sauce can become an obsession.
The idea is simple: eat together, talk deeply, and begin building the kind of food community many of us have been looking for.
Small by design.
