This free ticket is your moment to slow down, observe this beautiful slice of nature that Bristol has to offer, and connect with like-minded people in a genuine way.

How it will unfold
​We'll meet at the Courtyard Cafe at Ashton Court where we will switch off our phones and take a conversation prompt. We'll set off together for this first social part of the walk, getting to know each other as we enjoy what Ashton Court Estate has to offer.
​Reaching the woodland, we will hand out mindfulness prompts and you will enjoy a guided silent walk for thirty minutes.
​We will then complete the loop - relaxed, open and full of conversation.
