THE OPEN DIALOGUE Self-Inquiry Group with Steve Lewit

Details
The Open Dialogue is a forum for self-inquiry. Each person attending dialogue usually comes with a question about something they've observed in themselves that they would like to explore more deeply and objectively - a reaction to someone we are in relationship with or to the world around us; an emotion such as anger, grief, disappointment, love, confusion, depression; the pondering of death, life's purpose, suffering; the role of religion or the existence of God; the meaning of personal growth, self-transformation, meditation, enlightenment.
In this new format, the dialogue will begin as each attendee has the opportunity to bring a question or questions to the group. Dialogue is an objective exploration of the focus question with no preconceived notions or beliefs, or of where the dialogue will take us ,or what we will get out of it. During dialogue you will have many reactions to what others say. It is in the observation and sharing of those reactions that insight and understanding of self comes to light.
Dialogue can take you to the frontiers of your beliefs and challenge the structural foundation of how your life has been conditioned and constructed, the walls of your life into which you are bound, often unknowingly, often to your detriment. So, while dialogue is a safe space where judgement is suspended, it is not always a feel good experience. Attendees often see things in themselves of which they were not aware, which may be disturbing, but nourishing at the same time.
If you are serious about inquiring about yourself so that you may see and know yourself clearly, I invite you to attend and bring whatever important questions you have with you.
