Whether you’re completely new to meditation or looking to deepen your practice, this class is designed to gently guide you through the essentials of mindfulness and meditation. You will learn how to perform a concentration meditation, mindfulness techniques, and a heart-centered meditation.
To ensure your comfort, we recommend bringing a yoga mat, blanket, meditation cushion, pillow, or any item that helps you feel at ease. Chairs, blankets, and yoga mats will also be available for your convenience.
