When you combine sound and water, you’re tapping into two of the most ancient and powerful healing elements.

Sound travels four times faster in water than in air, which means vibrations are felt more deeply in the body. Water itself is cleansing, balancing, and symbolic of renewal—so pairing it with sound creates a profoundly restorative experience.

Once you’ve settled in to your cozy seat, we’ll guide you through a simple but powerful intention-setting practice. You’ll be given time to write a few meaningful words on paper, which will then be attached to your own personal glass bottle of structured water.

Your bottle will be placed where it can fully receive the vibrations as the sound journey unfolds, infusing the water with your intentions. Both you and your water will be immersed in this experience—creating a beautiful resonance between your heart’s desires and intentions. Afterward, we will sip on our water, allowing the experience to fully activate and then integrate.

Glass Water Bottles will be provided for your use. If you choose to purchase your water bottle, you can personalize it and bring it to future AquaSound events. Water Bottles are available for purchase at event for $20 - Venmo or Cash only.

As the seasons change, our bodies, minds and spirits naturally shift and respond. A seasonal treatment can help us harmonize and align with the rhythms of nature and encourage a more balanced transition as our environment changes.
According to the concepts of acupuncture, each season is associated with specific meridians (or energy pathways), organ systems, and emotions. By choosing acupuncture points on the related meridians, we can help the body align with the energies of that season.
In autumn, the involved meridians represent the lung and large intestine, and we may notice issues related to these meridians arising on physical, emotional, and spiritual levels. The treatment for autumn aims to support physical issues affecting immune, respiratory, and digestive systems, and may also address emotional issues such as sadness, grief, and the process of letting go.
It may also help with deeper spiritual issues such as the need for inspiration, refined clarity and introspection, and prioritizing what’s most valuable in our lives. Our autumn seasonal treatment uses the grounding, relaxing vibrations of the sound bath to enhance and mirror the acupuncture session.

Please note that these group sessions promote general health and well-being but are not intended to address your specific health concerns. Private, individual treatments with our acupuncturist are available to address specific issues you may have.
