Join us for Color Your Soul—a gentle, creative workshop that combines intuitive journaling, mindful coloring, and the healing power of sound.

In this session, we don’t chase perfection—we follow feeling. Through journaling and coloring, supported by soothing sound therapy and gentle vibrational tones, you’ll enter a state of reflection, creativity, and inner calm.

Your journal becomes a sacred space to explore, color outside the lines, and reconnect with YOU. As sound helps quiet the mind and settle the body, your intuition will naturally guide your words, your colors, and your process.

Each participant receives a free coloring journal book by Deborah Koff-Chapin.
