Acupuncture & Sound Bath

Acupuncture and South work hand in hand to support healing and a feeling of well-being and deep relaxation in the body. These treatments can bring balance, grounding and a sense of tranquility and comfort, and may help to improve issues such as problems with sleep, mood, pain, and stress, as well as enhancing the immune system. All acupuncture points will be on the limbs, from the elbows down and knees down, so you will not need to disrobe.

Please note that these group sessions promote general health and well-being but are not intended to address your specific health concerns. Private, individual treatments with our acupuncturist are available to address specific issues you may have.

**Please wear loose clothing that allows access from the elbows down and knees down, and if it’s your first time joining us, arrive 15 minutes early (6:45 PM) to complete a short intake form.
