Join us for a monthly meditation and sound journey exploring YOUniverse—your unique inner world of thoughts, feelings, beliefs, experiences, and awareness.
We’ll begin with a guided body relaxation meditation to help you settle in, release tension, and turn your attention inward. From there, a guided YOUniverse visualization will invite you to explore how your inner landscape influences the way you see, feel, and move through the world—and to imagine how you want to experience your life moving forward.
We’ll close with a deeply restorative Sound Fusion Journey Sound Bath, creating space to relax, receive, and integrate.
YOUniverse is an opportunity to pause, turn inward, become more aware of the world you are creating within yourself, and explore how that inner experience shapes the way you move through life.
