The OTT meetup | Skopje

Skopje’s inaugural OTT Meetup will take place on Thursday 3rd November at 6pm at Deltatre office in Skopje.

We have two amazing speakers lined up to discuss challenges that OTT players face in the streaming industry and how they can be overcome.
James McParlane, Director of Engineering at Deltatre will be delivering a talk titled ‘Streaming's Gordian Knot’, which will discuss why streaming is becoming increasingly difficult, and how we can make it easier for everyone.

This will be followed by a talk from Tomislav Naskov, Senior Software Engineer at Deltatre, who will examine how a range of devices can host a single streaming video app managed from a single-entry point, in a talk titled ‘From Chaos to Harmony’.

About James McParlane, Director of Engineering at Deltatre:
James McParlane joined Deltatre as part of the acquisition of Massive Interactive in 2018. As CTO at Massive, James dragged the company kicking and screaming into online steaming, designing, and building the company’s original products and services, including the first four versions of what would become AXIS. Before Deltatre, James was a video journalist and founded two recording labels.

Tomislav Naskov is a Senior Software Engineer at Deltatre with more than 13 years' experience working across Europe and Asia. He has a huge interest in the Internet of Things and portable tech devices.
