Delara Modern Persian Cuisine

Greetings culinary adventurers! This Saturday we'll be experiencing dishes from Tehran to Shiraz and from Mashhad to Bandarabbas at an exciting new Persian restaurant, Delara Modern Persian Cuisine! The history of Persia is an ancient and storied history that to this very day is still being explored with new artifacts being uncovered. Over the centuries the Persians have evolved with the introduction of different ethic groups in the region, and with that came the diversity of culture and cuisine. The head chef Bardia has taken traditional dishes from his homeland and infused a modern twist to create artful new dishes for us to enjoy! Persian dishes familiar to most of us would include koofteh meatballs or roasted cauliflower, while other new dishes such as trout with turmeric or beef saffron stew. I'm already salivating at the thought of this, and you are likely too! Of course, not to be forgotten are Persian desserts to finish off our dinner!
