Mazahr Lebanese Kitchen (Halal)

Greetings culinary adventurers! This Saturday we'll be experiencing traditional Lebanese cuisine right here in Canada at Mazahr Lebanese Kitchen! I myself have never been to Lebanon, not yet, and since I've had to limit my travels to Europe my desire to visit Middle East! The month of February is usually dreary and cold but we'll come together for a festive and warm Lebanese dinner! While alcoholic beverages are served at Zarak, the restaurant itself is Halal. Lebanese cuisine isn't very common here in Canada so this is an opportunity to learn about the history and culture of Lebanon and the Lebanese people through their delicious food! Dishes such as makdous can be ordered for those who prefer a vegetarian Lebanese experience, while dishes such as kibbeh are for those who desire a traditional meat based Lebanese dinner. There are many other scrumptious options on the menu for us to explore! Lebanon's history is often been with conflict, but that same history has brought a diverse and colourful cuisine to our tables.
