Devils Causeway Hike and Car Camping Weekend

We will be Car camping. I will go up early on the Friday morning to grab some first come first serve camp sites. We can car pool from the Wooly Mammoth Park and Ride. Let me know if your interested in carpooling in the comments.
if you come up early Friday bring your paddle board if you have one. I plan on Paddle boarding early afternoon on Upper Stillwater Reservoir.
Saturday morning after breakfast we will drive to the trailhead, approx. 7 miles from camp. Hike is close to 10.3 miles RT with 1,853 feet gain. There will be a scramble across the causeway. This one will get your heart racing!!! It's one of the most beautiful hike in Colorado. It's in my top 3 most favorite Colorado hikes. Expect views of the China Wall, many lakes and waterfalls. We will stop at all junctions on this one for everyone to catch up.

WHAT TO BRING: Car Camping gear (tent, sleeping pad, sleeping bag and food. Hiking gear (food/snacks, first aid kit, layers, jacket, Rain Poncho, gloves, water, sun screen, hat, hiking poles, etc).
DISTANCE/GAIN: 10.3 miles RT with 1,853 ft. elevation gain. (Strenuous)
