Shelf Lake Hike

It's going to be hot in Denver Saturday. Lets get up high where its cool. We will hike the Shelf Lake Trail to Shelf Lake. Its a 7 mile RT hike with approx. 1,942' elevation gain. I would expect some snow still on the trail. Meet at the Trailhead at 8:15 AM. Or car pool location at Woolly Mammoth Park and Ride Lot AA at 7:00 AM. We will have lunch afterwards at the 511 Rose in Georgetown.

DISTANCE/GAIN: 7 miles RT with Aprox. 1,942ft. elevation gain. (Strenuous).
