Welcome to The Overflow Project! Join us for our in-person event on Sunday, May 4th. The first part of this event is paid and will last 1.5 hours focused on healing, and self love. We will go through multiple practices/exercises to help us heal. We will do breathing exercise, somatic movements, reclaim our power, address our limiting beliefs surrounding the topic of this event ("we all need more love".) The goal is to fill our own cup, expand our idea of how much we can pour into ourselves, as well as shift our mindset on our ability to pour into others without draining ourselves, then we will followup with pouring into our community using the overflow from our healing session.

After our1.5-hour healing event will be a FREE cleanup event. We will walk the surrounding areas, and do a litter cleanup. Our staff will be prepared to be walking from 10 am-11am for the cleanup event. Garbage bags and Recycling bags will be provided, as well as standard disposable gloves. All are welcome to bring their own bags, gloves, or other safety gear. Please bring your own water bottles, or snacks/food if desired. All ages are welcome to the cleanup portion of the event, however please keep in mind that litter unsafe for children is possible for us to come across, so make sure to keep a close eye on young ones.
Donations will be accepted via digital GoFundMe page to help us expand the outreach section of our program, expanding to leaving a greater impact on our community. More info: https://gofund.me/2ce7f639

PLEASE BRING: your own water bottles or snacks if desired, something to sit/stand on comfortably if desired (we will be in grassy areas during healing event, so if you'd like a towel or yoga mat-bring one!), If you'd like specific garbage bags/gloves/or other litter cleanup gear please bring it (we will provide standard bags for garbage and recycling, as well as standard disposable gloves.)
