Start your day late with coffee and good conversation. This is a low-pressure, welcoming space to ease into the day without rushing or performing. We’ll gather mid-morning to talk, listen, and enjoy being around thoughtful people, letting conversation unfold naturally rather than forcing topics or outcomes.
As the day moves on, we’ll shift gears in the afternoon with a mindfulness meditation designed to help us slow down, settle the nervous system, and reconnect with a steadier sense of presence. The practice will be accessible to both beginners and experienced meditators. No special background or expectations required.
For those who still feel like lingering, the day can continue with an optional late-afternoon lunch and relaxed social time. This part is about simple companionship: eating, chatting, and being together without an agenda.
