The Parallel Path Project

Welcome to our 18+ inclusive hiking group for straight, LGBTQ+, trans, and non-binary hikers!

We’re a community built on respect, exploration, and the joy of getting outdoors together.

About the Group:

• Based around Bristol, with hikes happening within a 2-hour drive
• 1 hikes per month, maybe 2
• Expect routes with elevation gain, longer distances, and rewarding viewpoints
• We follow an AllTrails route, but everyone can deviate or adjust as they see fit for themselves
• You are responsible for your own safety - there is no insurance, and each person must risk-assess for themselves
• We’ll have a WhatsApp group for coordinating lift shares and travel
• Early starts are the norm
• It’s all about meeting people, building community, and enjoying the outdoors together
