The Parti Party - Interstitial Space

You pass them all the time, we pass them all the time, everyone is passing them all the time. What else could we use these spaces for beyond the activities currently adopted as the highest and best use by the entities who regulate these landscapes? Is the grassy area in that highway interchange really just for flowers? What if someone wanted to go park their car and scream a bunch over and over in that big loud place where nobody could hear them? This is why they pay us the big bucks at the Parti Party, to answer these massive and seemingly unanswerable questions! Just kidding, nobody pays us and we don't have the answers, but come have a conversation with us anyway. See you on the 14th!
