Let's kill a case of wine on a Sunday - drinks on me and my mortgage lender

OK I did this a couple months ago for the first time and it went well. My mortgage lender is a guy around my age who also likes to drink so figured I'd see if he wanted to go halfsies on this event and he was about it.

Here's how it works - We buy the wine and tip out the bar staff and you show up and drink the wine and take our business cards! No presentation or anything like that but I'll be there to answer your real estate questions and Joseph will be there if you have any questions about obtaining a mortgage. Mostly though I think it's important to just meet me and Joseph and see if we're the type of people you'd want to work with, so what better way than to put on some nametags and talk over some dranks.

Even if you're not ready right now, we're shifting into a more buyer friendly market so it doesn't hurt to get to know an awesome mortgage lender and of course the best buyer's agent in the solar system, galaxy and known universe.

If you work for a title company, insurance or anything else real estate related and would like to contribute to this event in the future let me know and we can put our money together for the common good - to get everyone wine drunk.

I can't believe I have to say this but if you're also a real estate agent please don't show up and drink the wine that I'm buying for future clients. My god there is some inconsiderate people out there.

Anyways there will be 6 bottles of red and 6 bottles of white. We'll start at 5:30 and have until 8 until they kick out out of there. I limited this to 24 people so please show up if you RSVP!
