2023 Happy Hour - Bar Chinchilla

Bar Chinchilla is the smallest bar in St. Pete and quite possibly the known universe. I think it's like 400 sqft. Luckily they have some space outside so hopefully we have a beautiful Florida night to loiter on the sidewalk and support this cool little spot by getting wine drunk on a Thursday.
