You know what's awesome? This charming boutique historic hotel bar. You know what's even more awesome? When we sponsor this event and buy you your first drink.

Their happy hour is pretty great, it includes $10 cocktails, $6 wines and $4 beers.

This program

• Is for anyone that makes under $131,000 per year.

• Provides up to 5% of the purchase price (Up to $35,000) towards your down payment and closing costs in the form of a 0% interest second mortgage.

• Actually has lower interest rates than current rates.

• Can come in the form of a conventional loan - which means this is not a strictly FHA loan program where your financing is not competitive.
