Future Home Buyers Social @ COPA - Stop by for a couple of drinks on us

Rates be coming down, inventory be going up! The market is starting to regulate again thank god. This is good news for both home buyers and sellers. If you're gearing up to put down roots in St. Pete and buy your first home, this event is for you.

Stop by Wednesday night the 25th at COPA and get two happy hour drink tickets on me and my mortgage lender. They have some nice custom cocktails and wine as well. Past clients feel free to stop by too. We'll be there from 5-7, I'll see if I can reserve some space inside for us to be able to walk around and talk a bit.
