We’d love it if you could join us for A Very Special Cuddle of Queers to celebrate the birth of The Phoenyx Nest!

The basic premise? Consensual cuddles with a delightful group of squishable, huggable, transgender lovelies; all while watching a couple of themed movies which we’ll vote on the week before each event. Bring your comfy cozy clothes!

If you can, bring a treat of snack to share. We’ll have a spot to lay them all out for everyone’s enjoyment. Please have an allergens card to set out with homemade snacks. It doesn't have to be fancy, just something to warn people if there's anything in your dish that could be harmful to their health.

Please pay $10 for this event by sending Venmo to @PhoenyxNest with your name and the words "Cuddle of Queers {DATE}" in the description. Alternatively, you can pay cash at the door. This money covers the cost of covid tests, masks, and snacks.

**COVID PRECAUTIONS:**
Every participant will be tested at the door before admittance. Once the test has been administered you will be allowed into the house wearing a mask (provided). Once your test results return you will either be asked to leave (if it’s positive) or allowed to stay, unmasked (if you test negative.) if you test positive and are asked to leave you will be issued a partial refund (minus the cost of the covid test).

**ACCESSIBILITY INFO:**

* First floor apartment with two stairs (no railing)
* Bathroom is open but around two corners, so not the easiest to get to
* There are a dog and a cat who live in the house and will likely be present
* There is a couch and several chairs to allow for lots of seating possibilities aside from the floor mattresses
* There are no scented air fresheners in use
* Lighting will be kept minimal during the movies
* TV volume level will be negotiated as the event progresses in an attempt to keep everyone comfortable
* subtitles will be turned on
* Parking is available both behind the house (please save these spots for individuals who need the shorter walking distance) and on the street in front of the house
* Access to the apartment is behind the house, through the back door.
