The Elgin Area Camera Club is a network of photography enthusiasts of all levels, formats and subjects.
Our goal is to have fun while helping one another become better photographers by sharing ideas, providing informative programs & demonstrations, hosting photographic outings, and stimulating improvement through interclub digital and print competitions.
Everyone, regardless of ability or equipment, is welcome at all our meetings and events (it's not the size of your lens that counts!).

How can you create beauty from the ordinary?Joshua enjoys creating images that are different from the ordinary and finding the details that create gorgeous images. From industrial ceilings to reflections in glass to your own home, there are always images to be captured, created, and marveled at.
