This group is for women who are tired of pretending, polishing, and performing. We meet up to talk, laugh, cry a little (or a lot), and just be around people who get it.
No networking vibes. No pressure to be your “best self.”
Just come as you are — messy bun, big dreams, burnout and all.
We’ll host everything from honest chats and low-key workshops to beauty talks, slow mornings, maybe even spontaneous coffee walks. Basically? Real life. But with better company.

What Is MIMfulness?
MIMfulness (Movement Is Medicine + Mindfulness) is a guided 1-hour online experience where music, movement, and presence come together to bring your nervous system back to balance.
There’s no performance. No pressure. Just rhythm, breath, and the kind of release you didn’t realise your body needed.
What You’ll Do:
Through curated music, mindful movement, and body awareness, you’ll:
🌿 Let go of tension stored in the body
🌿 Reconnect with your natural rhythm and inner calm
🌿 Learn tools for emotional release and stress regulation
🌿 Tap into creativity, joy, and grounded self-awareness
All set to percussion-rich soundscapes and guided by neuroscience-backed tools — this isn’t a workout. It’s a return to self.
Who It’s For:
Whether you’re feeling stuck, frazzled, or just need a break from your head — this is for you.
No need to have any previous experience—this is about movement, not choreographed dance. We’d love for you to have your camera on so we can connect, but you know what works best for you. Just show up with curiosity and a willingness to move, feel, and explore.
