Session 1 - May 17 – The Pressure Cooker: Recognizing Your Saboteurs When everything feels like “too much,” your brain often shifts into a defensive, automatic panic. In this opening session, we explore the first signs of what Positive Intelligence calls “Saboteur Mode.” You’ll learn to catch internal pressure, urgency, and self-critical thoughts before they take over your day.

Session 2 - May 24 – Breaking the Burnout Loop: Overthinking & Fatigue Why does the mind get stuck in loops? Today we explore how rumination and high internal expectations create "mental weight." Using Positive Intelligence tools, we’ll experiment with simple attention-training practices to create immediate moments of clarity. Session 3 - May 31 – Silencing the Inner Critic: From Self-Doubt to Connection Self-criticism is usually the work of your "Judge" saboteur—the voice that’s constantly evaluating you (and everyone else). In this session, we explore how this pattern kills your impact and your relationships. You’ll practice shifting away from that harsh inner dialogue and moving toward a more compassionate, constructive way of thinking that actually gets results.

Session 4 - June 17 – The Clarity Roadmap: Moving Toward Sustainable Calm Awareness is great, but integration is where the magic happens. In this finale, we move away from automatic stress responses and build your personalized "Mental Fitness" roadmap. You’ll leave with simple, 2-minute practices you can use in the middle of a chaotic workday to maintain your resilience and focus.

Expect a session where we tackle real-world stress in real-time. You’ll leave with a simple way to pause, breathe, and respond more consciously—even when the metaphorical pressure cooker is whistling. (Coffee, messy buns, and "I-have-17-tabs-open" energy are all welcome!)
