Agenda
09:30 AM - 10:00 AM | Arrival & Framework Overview
Start the day with clarity and grounding. We’ll establish the environment and mindset needed for effective learning and ethical influence by creating psychological safety, setting expectations and goals, reframing persuasion through an ethical lens, and introducing workshop rules & participation norms.

10:00 AM - 11:00 AM | Module 1: PERCEPTION
Master the first seconds — where most influence is won or lost. Core topics include why influence fails early, the mechanics of first impressions, calibrating presence & nonverbal authority, and trust signals people read instantly. Practical exercises will be a first‑impression audit and presence recalibration drill.

11:00 AM - 12:00 PM | Module 2: CONNECTION
Influence rooted in empathy, trust, and human psychology. Under this module, we will cover empathy as a strategic persuasion tool, listening beyond words, emotional cue detection, and how to rapidly build rapport. Applications will cover empathy labeling practice, and mirroring & validation drills.

12:00 PM - 01:00 PM | Lunch Break
Take time to recharge and reflect.

01:00 PM - 01:30 PM | Module 3: COGNITIVE TRIGGERS
Understand why people say “yes” — ethically. In the third part of the session, we will uncover the key principles behind human decision-making, explore ethical vs unethical influence, and identify influence patterns in real time. Practical exercises include real-world influence breakdowns, and spot‑the‑trigger activity.

01:30 PM - 02:00 PM | Module 4: ETHICAL PERSUASION
Persuade without pressure, manipulation, or force. This module will provide clean influence frameworks, explain how transparency increases persuasive power, guide you through language patterns that build trust, and principles of pressure‑free persuasion. Practical exercises include script rewrites, and ethical persuasion drills.

02:00 PM - 03:00 PM | Module 5: REALITY DESIGN
Shape conversations, reframe outcomes, and strengthen negotiation presence. Core topics are reframing instead of convincing, strategic silence & conversational pacing, negotiation presence, and the power of walking away. Practical exercises will cover live persuasion scenarios and reality‑framing practice.

03:00 PM | Comfort Break
10-15 minute break to breathe, and do a restroom stop.

03:00 PM - 04:00 PM | Integration & Close
Bring the entire Ethical Influence Architecture together into a practical, repeatable model. The final part of the workshop will cover building your Personal Influence Blueprint, a 30‑day real‑world application plan, reflections, commitments, and next steps, followed by Closing insights and Q&A.
