"Much Ado About Nothing" at the Will Geer Theatricum Botanicum

Tonight's play is written by William Shakespeare: “Sparks fly as two couples become ensnared in a whirlwind of lies and deceptions in Shakespeare’s sparkling comedy of romance, wit, and intrigue. Through a tapestry of misunderstandings, mistaken identities, and public revelations, the play juxtaposes two romantic plots: one mature love defined by a sharp, witty battle of words and wills, and the other by the tender vulnerability of young, idealized love. Tensions rise, and the humor reaches new heights, filled with clever wordplay and unexpected twists, culminating in a celebration where love conquers all.”

The play begins at 7:30 but it's wise to arrive at least by 6:30 or earlier to find good parking, and to eat before the play starts. There are tables and chairs near the snack bar in the garden. You can bring your own food and drink or buy food there: https://theatricum.com/food-drink/.

A little history
Will Geer (Grandpa Walton) founded the Theatricum Botanicum (a garden theater) in 1973. Set in a natural open-air amphitheater in Topanga Canyon, he began a series of performances that include William Shakespeare's plays, modern plays and music concerts.
