Join me for a moderate 4+ mile hike, with at least a 700' elevation gain. Beautiful views at the top! These are minimum numbers. We might go longer, depending upon what the group decides.

We'll meet in the back parking lot of Trifuno Community Park, next to the trailhead.

Bring a snack if you like, to share at the halfway point at the bench as we take a break for a few minutes.

* Difficulty: Moderate beginner to intermediate
* Terrain: Single track and fire road

* Parking: Free
* Dogs: Must be leashed
* Water: Fountain in park at trailhead
* Toilet: At first parking lot--we will meet at back parking lot
* Sunset: 8:01 PM

**Bring a flashlight or headlamp**

* Weather: Adverse Weather conditions will cancel the hike. Come prepared with a light layer if you get chilled easily.
* Known Dangers: Rattlesnakes, poison oak, possibility to slip and fall.
* Bring: Snack to share if you'd like, a light layer, lots of water, headlamp or flashlight.
* Moonlight: Waxing crescent. Only 4% illumination! There will be barely any moonlight, and it's forecast to be overcast, so plan accordingly with a light source in case it's dark before we return.

Event may cancel if on the day of the hike fewer than two besides the leader is signed up.
