Los Robles Trail at Wendy Drive in Newbury Park

Details

“Look deep into nature and you will understand everything better.” ~ Albert Einstein

Tonight's hike is about 3.85 miles with an elevation gain of 600+'. Meet me at 6:30pm at the Wendy Trailhead, we will wait about 5 minutes then start.

The Los Robles Trail in Newbury Park is an alternate route to Angel Vista but we are not going that far. When we reach what I call "the roundabout" we will turn back. The toughest section of the hike is an incline of 250' at the beginning, then is levels out with the usual ups and downs.

**NOTE** Please don't sign up for this hike if you are in a rush or have other plans after. My hikes are casual and slower paced (1.5-2 mph), we take breaks, and we explore. I can't guarantee that we will be back at exactly the end time. Thank you.

  2. Bring 2 liters of water, hat, poles if you need them, sunscreen, bug spray
