You are in for a treat on the Vista Del Mar trail with amazing views of the ocean, a different perspective of Boney Mountain, pretty scenery around the neighborhoods, and ponds.

The Hike
My hikes are slow paced (1.5-2 mph) and the end time is approximate only. We take breaks, we explore, and we don't leave anyone behind. If this hike isn't for you, please find another that suits your needs.

This is 5.2-mile loop hike with an elevation gain of 740'. The route is moderately challenging in some areas but suitable for fit beginner/intermediate levels. There is little shade for the most part.

Meet me in front of the community center at the Dos Vientos Community Park at 1:30pm. We will start promptly at 1:40pm. There are restrooms and a water fountain at the park.
