A free, relaxed meetup for women building businesses to connect, share ideas, and support

Women Who Build is a free, in-person gathering for women who are building something of their own.

Maybe you own a business, are growing a personal brand, launching a podcast, creating a new offer, or bringing a creative idea to life. Whatever you’re building, you don’t have to do it alone.

This isn’t another networking event where you’re expected to work the room, perfect your elevator pitch, or collect as many Instagram handles as possible.

It’s a relaxed, supportive space to meet other women who understand the excitement, uncertainty, challenges, and ambition that come with building something of your own.

WHAT TO EXPECT
OPEN MINGLING
We’ll begin with casual time to settle in, meet other women, and explore the studio.

BUILD, OFFER, ASK
You’ll join a small-group connection activity centered around three questions:
• What are you building?
• What are you great at?
• What kind of help, resource, perspective, or connection would be valuable to you right now?

The goal is to move beyond surface-level introductions and discover where we may be able to genuinely support one another.

MASTERMIND ROUNDTABLE
We’ll come together for a supportive, mastermind-style conversation about the goals, questions, and challenges women in the room are currently navigating.

Attendees will have an opportunity to share something they’re working through, and the room can contribute ideas, relevant experiences, helpful resources, and fresh perspectives.

You’re welcome to contribute what you know, ask for what you need, or simply listen and learn from the conversation.

MORE TIME TO CONNECT
We’ll finish the evening with open mingling so you can continue the conversations that resonated with you.
There is no pressure to manufacture a collaboration, make a sale, or follow up with anyone who doesn’t feel aligned. We’re simply creating a space where genuine relationships have a better opportunity to begin.

Women Who Build is hosted by Judy, co-founder of The Pod Place.
Judy has spent years helping business owners and creators strengthen their marketing, create better content, build visibility, and turn their ideas into real-world businesses and brands.

She created Women Who Build to give women a welcoming place to connect face-to-face, learn from one another, and feel less alone while building something meaningful.
