๐ŸŒ€ The Creative Circuit: A Multidisciplinary Playground

Details

Activate your creativity. Move energy. Make art.

๐ŸŽจ What is it?

A guided 2.5-hour creative jam where artists of all kinds โ€” and humans curious about their creativity โ€” come together to unlock, express, and connect.

Part ritual, part workshop, part playground โ€” this experience is rooted in psychologically grounded practices that support nervous system regulation, emotional safety, and creative flow.

Itโ€™s not just about making art.

Itโ€™s about noticing how art feels in the body.

Reprogramming your inner relationship to creativity.

And gaining insight into how your creative process reflects your emotional state.

๐Ÿ’ซ What happens during the session?

We move through four intentional stages:

  1. Breathwork & Grounding

โ†’ Gently shift from survival mode to presence. Calm your nervous system and land in your body.

  1. Guided Visualization

โ†’ A custom-crafted inner journey to melt creative resistance, reconnect to joy, and open space for authentic expression.
Each one is different โ€” designed to rewire emotional patterns around visibility, perfectionism, or fear.

  1. Creative Jam

โ†’ Everyone makes something at the same time โ€” painting, writing, dancing, music, photography, etc.
Not a class. Not a performance. Just pure, supported exploration โ€” a co-regulated creative circuit.
Youโ€™ll tune into your internal cues, experiment, play, and notice what happens in your system as you create.

  1. Integration & Sharing Circle

โ†’ A chance to process what came up, reflect on how you felt, and leave with greater awareness of your personal creative rhythm.
