Poetry Meet - Hindi/Urdu 📖 (Veer Rasa special)

Join us for a relaxed afternoon of literature and inspiration. We’ll take turns reading out pieces/excerpts from our favorite authors. Bring out those 8th standard poems, and delight us with the Kabir couplets your mom hummed in the kitchen. We want to hear all about them! For this session, we’ll focus on Veer Rasa, which in traditional indian arts implies themes around courage and valour. We’re quite curious to see where this would lead us. Come find out!

This specific event will have a fair bit of hindi/Urdu content. So we encourage partcipants who have some familiarity with these languages.

This will be a relaxed and refreshing afternoon chat kinda setting, so feel free to bring any snacks/drinks you may like.

We might record video for some of the readings to edit/post them on Instagram later. If you want to be left out of recordings, please tell the host. We want everyone to feel comfortable in the group.

Since we like intimate settings and there are event attendee limits, please update RSVPs if you cannot make it so members on the waitlist can move up. Two consecutive no shows would need us to exclude you from future sessions.
