Wildcrafted Marks- Spring Ritual
Details
Celebrate the arrival of spring and rebirth with this guided art making experience, all out doors! We will be using seasonal nature materials to celebrate the turning of the wheel and our connection to nature.
Weather permitting we will take a short walk from the artist's residence to a nearby woodland; if not the workshop will be held on The Porch- a cozy space in the artist’s residence.
We will then look for natural materials to use as inspiration and as paint tools with the handmade pigments Brandy will bring.
After we take a few moments to drop into our creative selves we will begin to explore the materials in our own way with some guidance from Brandy.
At the end, we will reflect on the experience and walk back to the artist's residence.
Participants must be ok with being outside without immediate access to a bathroom and be ok with carrying their supplies into the woods.
