Virtual Group Soundbath with Reiki + Meditation

Hello! We are Tim and Ashley and we are so grateful to be your event hosts for the virtual group sound bath! For those that don't know, a sound bath is comprised of crystal singing bowls and sometimes other instruments that are played to promote deep relaxation, stress reduction and inner peace. The frequency of the singing bowls shifts your energetic frequency in your physical, mental and emotional bodies assisting in releasing anything not serving your highest good. We combine the sound bath with Distance Reiki. Reiki is a Japanese energy healing technique which adds to and enhances all the benefits of the sound bath to promote a deeper healing experience.

Our main purpose for offering this sound bath is to build community and connection. We truly believe we are so much stronger together and our shared experiences help to lift us all higher.

Event Details:

We'll begin with introductions, a guided meditation to settle in, become immersed in sound and Reiki energy (at a distance, for now) and be held in safe space. We welcome you to hang out and chat afterwards if you're guided to do so.

Please bring headphones, journal, water, blankets, pillows, an open mind + heart.
